FAQ: Does the invitation email link expire?

When inviting someone to SimplyMerit, the invitation link in the email does not expire, regardless of the passage of time. There are some situations that would cause an invitation link to become invalid:

• Invitation links are one-time use. Once clicked, they cannot be used again. If the user does not accept the invite/create a password with that click, a new invitation would need to be emailed to them
• Any new invitations sent would invalidate previously sent invitation links
• If an email address is changed for the user, previous invitation links to that old email address become invalid
