Guide: Launching a cycle

• Reset your employee data under System Control | Reset Employee Data
• Download your data from your HRIS and use the Data Import Notes below
• Update the Performance Rating Scale
• Add any custom fields under Custom Fields
• Import Employee Data under Data Import
• Set currency conversions under Currencies
• Configure Active Features by toggling on or off what features you want to display this cycle, along with renaming any columns if you like
• Set the overall average Merit Allocation Percent under Budget Amounts, and uncheck Bonus and Equity if not running those in the cycle
• Configure any Exceptions that should be applied to the Merit Budget
• Configure Timeline information along with Proration options and Cutoff date
• Configure Alert conditions you’d like enabled
• Finalize settings on the System Control page
• Invite your managers to start their approval process with the Send Managers Invites button
