Accessing the SimplyMerit Help Panel
The “Need Help?” button located at the bottom of the SimplyMerit screen opens the SimplyMerit Help panel.

This panel provides quick access to guidance and support resources without leaving the application.

Contacting Your HR Administrator
If you need additional assistance with SimplyMerit, select the “Contact Support” link at the bottom of the screen.
This will generate an email addressed to your organization’s HR Administrator, who can assist with configuration-specific questions or issues.
