This guide walks managers through accepting their SimplyMerit invitation, setting a password, and logging in successfully.
Step 1: Receive Your SimplyMerit Invitation Email
An “Invitation instructions” email from Support@SimplyMerit.com will be received by the employees who are invited into SimplyMerit.
Step 2: Accept the Invitation and Create Your Password
Select the “Accept invitation” link in the email to create a password and gain access to SimplyMerit.
Once your password is created, your SimplyMerit account will be activated.
Step 3: Logging In After Your Account Is Created
After successfully creating a SimplyMerit password, additional logins can occur by navigating to:
Log in using the password you created during the invitation process.
What to Expect Next
After logging in, managers can begin reviewing their organization, entering compensation recommendations, and managing approvals based on their assigned access and responsibilities.
