FAQ: How do I enable Enhanced Letters?

Enhanced Letters are a more advanced version of adjustment letters. They support HTML, CSS, and Liquid formatting, giving you more flexibility and control over layout. Add tables, images, aligned sections, and other formatting features to create cleaner, more impactful letters.

How to enable Enhanced Letters

To enable Enhanced Letters:

1. Go to Config > System Control

2. Find the Enhanced Letters toggle

3. Switch it on

Once enabled, you can access advanced template options, including Total Rewards templates, and customize your letters further.

You can switch back to the original Adjustment Letters using the same toggle.
