FAQ: What are Enhanced Letters templates for Total Reward Statements?

The Enhanced Letters feature in SimplyMerit lets you present Total Rewards Statements using clean, professionally designed templates. These are available to all clients who have Enhanced Letters enabled.

Where to find it

To choose a Total Rewards template:

1. Go to Config > Letters > Total Rewards

2. Click Choose Template

A window will pop up with a list of available templates. 

You’ll see a preview of each option so you can choose the one that fits your needs best.

Once selected, that template will apply to all Total Rewards Statements in your current cycle.

How to enable Enhanced Letters

If you don’t see the Total Rewards section or the Choose Template button, ensure Enhanced Letters are turned on.

To enable them:

1. Go to Config > System Control

2. Check the box next to Enhanced Letters
