Enhanced Letter Generator & Total Rewards Statements
SimplyMerit now generates highly customizable Total Rewards Statements with our new Enhanced Letter Generator. Six prebuilt templates include images, charts, data tables, company logos, and pagination. Custom letter formats available with potential additional charge.
- Tables in Standard Letters: Add data tables to existing letter templates (contact Support team for implementation)
- Customizable File Names: Group letter downloads by division, department, country, manager, or custom criteria by adding filename prefixes and/or suffixes
- Multiple Distribution Methods: Email directly to employees, route through managers, or bulk download

You can now view, assign, and manage your HR Admins directly in a new SimplyMerit configuration screen. You have full control over which HR Admins receive system-generated admin emails, and who is assigned as the Primary Admin.

Prorations and Leaves of Absence
SimplyMerit has always supported prorations well, but these new enhancements take prorations to a whole new level. Proration rules tend to vary wildly from company to company. SimplyMerit can now handle virtually any proration rule as well as factor in leaves of absence.

More Control on Promotion Fields
The promotion fields are now fully customizable, just as the other base-pay adjustment fields are. This provides you with significant flexibility to provide three different, completely customizable ways to adjust base pay.

- Automatic Locking: Option to automatically lock employee rows for employees hired after the cut-off date set on the Config | Timeline screen
- Dynamic Adjustment: SimplyMerit dynamically adjusts the locks based on changes to the configuration settings
- One-Click Implementation: Easy marking and locking of ineligible employees
- Full Notes Control: Complete control over system-generated or admin-created notes through imports, exports, individual deletes, and system-wide deletes

Market Data Enhancements
Show Compa-Ratio Without Showing Ranges
If you do not want to share market ranges but do want SimplyMerit to calculate and display compa-ratio, you can now import just the "market_mid" data point. This provides greater flexibility in data sharing while maintaining calculation capabilities.

Enhanced Locking Capabilities
SimplyMerit now provides comprehensive locking options throughout the application, giving administrators greater control while maintaining manager flexibility where needed.
Employee and Field Locking Options
- Lock Out of App: Import the "lock_out_of_app" attribute to bulk lock/unlock manager access
- Lock Individual Employees: Lock specific employees who are not eligible for salary changes
- Selective Field Locking: Lock specific Salary, Bonus, and Equity fields while leaving others editable
- Performance Rating Lock: Option to lock only the Performance Rating column on My Team | Salary screen

Delegation Management
- Multiple Delegates: Managers can now have multiple delegates assigned to them
- Easy Configuration: Add delegates via Config | Employee Information screen or via "Delegate CSV Import"
